What is trip recording? Should I be doing it?

"Trip recording" is simply verifying attendance. Verifying vanpool occupancy, helps us maintain funding and keep costs low.

Some vanpools require that participants scan a QR code each day to verify their attendance in our mobile app. Other vanpools have coordinators that help log attendance online.

Data Privacy: Personal ridership data is only shared when a participant is part of an employer sponsored program that requires it. Anonymized data may be shared in aggregate for Federal Transit reporting. See Privacy Policy for details.
