What happens if my commute changes?
We’re flexible! There are a few ways we can accommodate changes in your commute.
1. In vanpools that have a lot of participants with different schedules, it can be easy to change things up. Contact our team or visit your profile in the app to make changes.
2. If your commute changes require you to change vanpools, we can also help you find another one that better meets your needs. Call 800 VAN 4 WORK to get in touch with your local team for assistance.
3. If vanpooling isn’t the best solution for you right now, lets us know. We can cancel your commitment with 30 days’ notice.
